Products, prices and orders
We aim to describe each product accurately. Hand-finished pieces may have slight non-material variation, but they must match their description. The product price, currency, shipping charge and any tax collected by us are presented before payment. Customs duties or other charges assessed on import are described in our Shipping and Returns policy.
Placing an order asks us to supply the listed goods. We record the order and check availability before fulfilment. If an item cannot be supplied after payment, we will contact you about a lawful alternative or a refund; we will not substitute a different item or charge more without your agreement. Payment methods are those actually offered at checkout.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping and Returns policy explains dispatch from China, delivery, customs charges, the seven-day return-request period after receipt and the process for damaged or incorrect goods. If we cannot meet a stated dispatch date, we will tell you and offer cancellation and a refund where required by law.
